Our Team

Eric was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Midlothian Highschool in 1983. He continued his education at Texas State Technical College and graduated in 1984. He has three sons – Josh, Cameron, and Taylor. Josh is finishing his last year of school. Cameron is in law school in Colorado and Taylor has a computer science degree. In his free time, he loves boating, riding on his jet skis, and cooking out.

Debbie Moved to Dallas when she was a teenager. She is a mother to three awesome sons; with whom she had the privilege to home school. In her off time, Debbie cherishes time with her family and friends. Hobbies include gardening, puzzles, drawing, and traveling.

Richard graduated from Midlothian Highschool in 1986. He did custom trim woodwork in new houses for thirty years. He is active in his church and served as a Deacon for five years. He has also been married to his lovely wife for thirty-one years, and they have three daughters and three grandkids. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Greg Maus has over 25 years of multi-unit/multi-state management in Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution. He has executive experience in Operations and Manufacturing and served as a Regional Manager for The Home Depot covering Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He attended The University of Dubuque and Upper Iowa University from 1982-1997 in Management and completed graduate work at Texas A&M. He is an avid cyclist, boater and is active in his church. He enjoys time with his wife, Lori, and their children, Larissa and Nathan.

Amy graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting degree, with plans to sit for the CPA exam next summer. Amy is an avid local sports fan, with the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars being on the top of her list. When she is not working, Amy is usually studying or binge-watching DC or Marvel movies with her family.

Steve has lived in the DFW area for more than thirty years. He was originally raised in Witchita Falls, Texas where he obtained a Bachelors’s Degree. As the Permit Coordinator for Backyard Workroom, he finds it enjoyable to obtain permits for our customers as soon as they are onboarded.

Kristy graduated from Trenton High school in 1989. For four years she taught preschool at her church and loved working with the little ones. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Richard, for thirty-one years. Together, they have three beautiful daughters and three precious grandkids. She gets a lot of joy out of making others smile. Any day of the week she loves spending time with her family and friends, going to church, doing Bible studies, and traveling.
